So here’s something that you may not know about me. My day job is a Desktop Support Specialist. In other words, when you call the help desk about your computer not working, I come to fix it. I’ve been doing this for about 15 years. And in the last 5 or 6 of those years, I have consulted with friends on system upgrades, repairs, you name it. So this section I will slowly be adding on how to keep your computer in good shape, do clean installs, hardware upgrades, and all that. FYI, 99% of my knowledge is Windows.
